(please give  about one minute to this slide to get parents into it) They say it takes a village to raise a child. At our school, PTSA is playing a vital role to build an ideal village for our children to grow and enjoy. PTSA is 100% volunteer-driven non-profit organization, which has been working with us to bring parents and teachers together to create an engaged and informed community. It is a unit of Washington state PTA, which in turn is part of the National PTA. I will highly recommend you to visit their websites to learn about their work and impact. By the way, National PTA is the oldest non-profit in our country.

Without your support it won't be able to fulfill its mission. I invite you to be an integral part of the PTSA by joining it. This year, with half the families move to the Timberline, it is crucial for PTSA to have maximum members. Grandpa, grandma, uncle, aunt, anyone with the interest of children in their heart are welcome to be part of the PTSA. Give the gift of time to children, and consider to register as volunteer. I would highly suggest to stay connected with PTSA for news regarding enrichment programs and many more, the newsletter is packed with all the important information, you wouldn’t like to miss. PTSA plans two or three fundraisers during the school year, please donate during those events. They also have ongoing "Pass the Hat" drive where you can donate to show your appreciate and care whenever and however many times you feel.   President: Binny (Sarvinder) Membership: Tonya
