Principal Mentor Must hold a valid & current PEL with Gen Admin, Principal, or Supt endorsement Must have three years of successful experience as a building principal as evidenced by relevant data Documentation supporting student growth in 2 of the previous 5 years as principal Must be in a district that has a placement contract with UIUC See cote.Illinois.edu
