ST segment elevation in a chest pain patient with left ventricular aneurysm (case 2)—ST segment elevation is seen in the inferior leads. Serial ECGs did not reveal change in the ST segment abnormality. Further, a rapid review of past medical records revealed similar ECGs as well as a history of left ventricular aneurysm of the inferior wall.
