Aim (Plan) To increase the number of clients being served through the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program. To increase awareness of the services provided by RRHS.

Changes (Do) Through the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association (FADAA), RHHS was able to increase the number of clients being served who did not have insurance. RRHS established a new Marketing Team that updated our website, completed Press Releases, expanded our social media, and developed flyers concerning the new Pregnant and Post-Partum Women (PPW) Program.

Results (Study) There was an increase in the number of MAT clients being served.

Next Steps (Act) How did you decide to adopt, adapt, abandon the change? To adapt to the change intake days were extended from 3 days a week to 5 days a week to increase availability of services to clients. b) Streamlined intake process What led to your decision? Increase number of clients Save lives Stay competitive What will you do next? Thru FADAA RRHS will be able to provide Buprenorphine Dispense Buprenorphine in clinic Provide Vivtrol in Matrix Program

Impact How did this project impact your customers and your organization? The increase in Marketing brought awareness to customers and community about the services offered at RRHS The Press Release, Radio Interview & Open House helped increase awareness of services offered at RRHS
