DO NOT put commas if the adjective clause is necessary to identify the noun it describes

14. Examples to show the difference
Children, who are more than just small adults, need to be loved and cared for.
Children whose parents have died need to be loved and cared for.
The professor who teaches Chemistry is an excellent teacher.
Professor Will, who teaches Chemistry, is an excellent teacher.
My sister who is older than me is going to college next year.
My sister, who is older than me, is going to college next year.
Students who are happy come here.
