3. By-Laws Please sign the sheet you received during this meeting
The sheet will be counted as your attendance for this meeting
Make sure to read the By-Laws carefully as there has been some changes to it
Excess outside hours from previous years can be rolled onto this year
If put on probation, you will NOT receive your cords senior year

4. Hour Sheets
and contact information is required unless a physical verification is attached
Extra hour sheets are on the website:
Two service projects per year (these will NOT count as inside hours unless you already have your two projects completed)
5 inside hours and 5 outside hours per semester
Hour sheets are turned in at the end of each semester
Inside hours must be English related

5. Volunteer Verifications
New sign-up sheet for library duty
Any hours signed by an officer of another organization must provide their position and contact information
Teachers will have weekly calendars outside their classroom for NEHS members

6. Meetings
Meetings will be held every first Friday of every month during the first half of eagle hour in the LGI
Makeup meetings will be held the following Monday morning at 6:50 in Mrs. Munoz’s room (2318)
Check the remind for updates about meetings
If you miss more than one meeting without a valid excuse per semester you will be put on probation
