Breakfast is brain food! Studies have found that those who eat breakfast tend to wake up faster, be more alert and do better at cognitive tests related to memory than those who skip breakfast. Breakfast makes you feel good! Studies show that people who eat breakfast tend to be in better moods than those who don’t. Breakfast is good for your heart! A study conducted over 16 years on American males aged between 45 and 82 found that those who skipped breakfast had a 27% higher risk of developing coronary heart disease than those who didn’t.
