Program Executive Offices (PEOs) Future and Current Technology Needs Technology Development Working Groups (TDWGs) Technology Representatives for Components and TSOCs* SBIR Phase I Topics All DOD Solicitations Phase II Transition Agreement Topics development begins with analysis of Technology Road Maps, Technology Gaps and current issues. The SBIR office works with S&T Directorate to determine if a SBIR/STTR topic is the best method to solve the problem. SBIR as a whole invests $2.5B per year in research. USSOCOM SBIR Office leverages this research resulting in over half of our Phase II efforts originating with another Agency.
