Alternatives to Compass – as before
Please see NMH page for Compass and Alternatives document No alternative to cases Can use Outlook for s and calendar Phone calls and texts must be summarised with dates using the template in a case note for DSA-QAG audit. Can screenshot texts and add as clearly-labelled files. Phone calls and texts must be followed by confirmation .

If using Outlook Calendar
Include session details (room, name or ID) and note if student DNA (did not attend) For QAG audit we need to quickly find when sessions took place and if the student attended, so clear case notes needed with appropriate titles.

If using Outlook Record s to and from students as case notes Copy and paste the text into case note Use clear titles e.g. from X – Send reminders 1 – 7 days before and record as above For QAG audit we need to quickly locate first contact(s) from student, your replies (using standard responses) and link to first booking WITH DATES.
