The fee is calculated on 15% (incl. VAT) of the annual rent. This fee will be charged on every tenancy renewal. This services includes all tenant find, full management and the below services:

Landlord Check out Report £96 Incl VAT (if not using platinum package)
Extra Inspection Requests £60 Incl VAT
