This Service includes all Tenant find services plus: Photographs and Marketing Branded Client Experience Dedicated Account Manager Monthly Agent Reports Legislative Compliance Tenant Referencing First Months Rent Collection First Months Landlord Statement Deposit Collection Deposit Alternative offer Deposit Registration Deposit Release Renewal Notifications. Monthly Rent collection and Landlord Payment Monthly Landlord Statement Payment Of Invoices Arrears Management Issuing Notices Implementing Rent Increases Non-Resident Landlord Tax Management Deposit Dispute Resolution Quarterly Inspections

Our Charges. Platinum Full Management. The fee is calculated on 15% (incl. VAT) of the annual rent. This fee will be charged on every tenancy renewal. This services includes all tenant find, full management and the below services: Additional Charges: Set up charge £300 (incl.VAT) includes set up of tenancy agreement, Inventory and Check in (if not using platinum package) Arrangement of Energy Performance Certificate £62 Incl VAT Arrangement of Gas Safety Certificate £60 Incl VAT Landlord Renewal Contract £60 Incl VAT Landlord Check out Report £96 Incl VAT (if not using platinum package) Extra Inspection Requests £60 Incl VAT Non-Resident Landlord Annual Tax Report £60 Incl VAT. Set up of the tenancy agreement Inventory Check In Renewals Check outs Please note that the fees above are set by individual offices, and do not represent the fees charged by all CENTURY 21 offices.
