Place your name and course info in a block 1 inch on top left
Center title 1 double space below course title

Text parenthetical citation: author’s last name and page numbers in parenthesis.
Notes are optionally used to elaborate one point, typically as footnote, endnote is also ok. Index notes sequentially using superscript(raise number).
Indent first line of note ½ inch from left, one space separating number, double space note text

Use a separate work cited page for bibliographies
Center title Work Cited one inch from top margin
List sources alphabetically by last name or title if an author is not available
