5. HyperSpike Audio Optimizer Software CHOOSING A DEVICE
Choose the HyperSpike device you plan to use the message on.
Click Select a Different Product in the lower right and select your product.

Click Import in the upper left center of the screen.
Search for the track and select it.

Click Record in the upper left center of the screen.
NOTE: This REQUIRES the installation of a microphone on the computer.
USSI recommends a high-quality USB microphone
When finish, press Done.

8. HyperSpike Audio Optimizer Software PLAYING BACK A MESSAGE
Once a message has been properly imported or recorded, you can play it back.
If the message is unsatisfactory, you can either import or record a new message.

9. HyperSpike Audio Optimizer Software SAVING A MESSAGE
Once a message has been satisfactorily imported or recorded, the message can be saved before it is processed.
If the message is not saved, the user will not be able to move forward with processing.
Click Save and choose the location for the file to be stored.

10. HyperSpike Audio Optimizer Software ANALYZE AND PROCESS A MESSAGE
Once a message has saved, it can move to processing. First, the software will need to see if the message needs to be optimized.
Click Analyze. The results will open in a new window.
If the results say the message should be optimized, click Process

11. HyperSpike Audio Optimizer Software TIME AND FREQUENCY DOMAIN
Once a message has saved, at any time the time and frequency domain can be viewed.
Click Plot. The results will open in a new window.
If the message has already been optimized, the user has the option of view the pre or post-optimized message.

12. HyperSpike Audio Optimizer Software IMPORTING MESSAGES INTO iTUNES FOR SYNCING
Once a message has optimized, it can be imported into iTunes for syncing to the MP3 player.
NOTE: This requires the installation of iTunes on the SAME computer as the HyperSpike Audio Opimizer Software.
Open iTunes. It should look something like this:

To Import a file, click File in the upper left corner.
Then click Add File to Library
Browse and select the recently optimized file.
