Dumbbell-shaped schwannoma. The cord is compressed and displaced towards the right (white arrow head). T2 weighted images demonstrate marked expansion of the neural exit foramen by the hyperintense mass (white arrow heads) (C) and faint increased signal within the cord substance (white arrow) (D).
