7. In the following video we will cover:
A training event that takes place on a certain day for a particular group of users.
The event must be approved by a workflow before the event takes place.
On the day of the event users will be notified that they must signoff on their group training event
Group Events
A training event that is either created by a supervisor/trainer OR by the individual participating in the event.
The event will either go for a supervisor/trainer approval workflow prior to the event OR the user can approve the event themselves.
On the day of the event the user will be notified that they must signoff on their personal training event
Personal Events
A training event that takes place in person for a group or individual.
There is no approval workflow for this type of event.
The supervisor/trainer must signoff that the user has participated in the event
OJT (On the Job Training Events)

A training course can be used if you are going to assign multiple items such as documents to many users or groups
Navigate to the training module and to the course area
Click add a new course and complete the course details
Assign specific users to the course
What is a training course and how to assign it:
A test can be added to the system if you are needing to confirm a users understanding of a certain topic.
Navigate to the training module and to the Test area
Click add new test and complete the test details
Launch the test approval workflow
Assign specific users to the test.
