Claim report is considered “anonymous” because an Origami username and password is not needed to report a claim

Users will not have access to any sensitive information available in Origami to those with usernames

Supervisor/Manager reports claim through online portal
Origami generates with claim report to PestSure Dedicated Unit with cc to claim reporter and Abby
Gatekeeper receives notice of new claim reported via
PestSure Dedicated Unit receives claim and handles as appropriate
Acknowledgment letter will be sent with claim number to the appropriate contacts per service instructions once claim is set up
