To develop Patient Participation Groups (PPG) Current lack of consistency Some doing very well Others struggling or non existent Money spent on Direct Enhanced Service (DES) Clarity and direction needed What are PPGs for? What could they achieve ? Positive contribution to a GP practice, Recruit from wider age range and types of patients- not just a committee meeting.
