Ask questions and share any concerns/challenges encountered in the application of learning.
Gain feedback and additional support.
Share success stories.
Gain new learning relating to leadership and team effectiveness.

7. PerformancePlus for Healthcare Teams
A web-based tool for your team to assess themselves against the 7 Elements of a High Performance Healthcare Team.
Allows you to take a temperature check of your team and identify areas that may be blocking your team's ability to achieve the best results possible.
Identifies areas of key strength and areas of growth.
Generates team exercises for strengthening specific gaps identified.

9. Best Practices for a Successful Experience
Develop specific goals to be achieved through this process and revisit them regularly.
Dedicate time every week to applying the tips and tools provided through the s and webinars
