Solid Invite Once you have filled out the Solid Invitee’s form, they will receive a formal invitation via Evite. The code, Invite(your name) ex: InviteSherriSutton, tells the spreadsheet for the website form that they are a Solid Invite, see slide 5. If they RSVP yes, this evite will be their source of information for the event and send them periodic updates as the event date approaches. The Executive Committee will begin sending us weekly updates to the formal spreadsheet so we can see who has accepted or declined, and the status of target demographics. As the event approaches it will also indicate if we have reached the limit for any demographic. *When possible, you should interview the Solid Invitee so their responses can be included for data for the event, if you are unable to interview them, XXX so that someone from the Interview team can schedule their interview.

Potential Invite A Potential Invitee will fill out their own form on the website, they will not be given a special code but should use your name in the portion of the form that asks how they heard about the event, see slide 5. They will be scheduled for an interview, if they meet the requirements for attending the event, they will be sent a formal invitation through the Evite.

Using the Shared Spreadsheet
BOuMpyk6dgTY_3aTtAPsE/edit?usp=sharing This spreadsheet is for the Stakeholder Working Group to use for tracking invites and making notes. This is not part of the official tracking form. You do not have to enter every field, but at least the name of the individual, their title and company/org affiliation, and the status, such as solid/potential invite, and whether invite has been sent.

Extra Info Al Steering Committee Members, who can attend the event for all 3 days should go to the website and fill out the Attend Form Use the code, Steering, in the how did you hear about us field. As we approach the date of the event, and more people are submitting forms on the website, we will need to start meeting on a weekly basis to review applicants and prioritize who will receive formal invitations. This is an evolving processl. Thank you for your time and commitment to Connect and Propel Tampa 2019!
