The Calm After the Storm – NOT!!!!! But we definitely have wind in our sails. Rebuild is often better than original. Change is good More transparency for administration and students. All syllabi posted in Moodle – seated, online, and blended. All assignment grades posted within one week. When necessary, administration has access to verify content and contact time. Common curriculum for important courses: 1) Orientation 2) Desktop 3) Comparative Cultures CIP in place including: Curriculum review and development. Adjunct faculty review. Change is going to happen – being able to pivot quickly is the key to success.
