1. Goals for Accelerometer Specifications
Through experiments we intend to determine:
Required bandwidth to detect meaningful accelerations
Range of accelerations generated from impact and foot slip
Required accelerometer sensitivity

2. Accelerometer Measurements
Analog outputs of accelerometer were used
Bandwidth was set to 500 Hz
Sampled at 2500 Hz using LabView
Output in following plots is about 1V/g, but the resolution is only about 0.02V
Accelerometer placed such that the X-axis was tangential to surface, Y-axis was normal to it.

3. Lifting up and putting down foot perpendicularly to a wooden table

4. Foot was moved in a circular motion, such that the liftoff angle
was very shallow, and it slipped along the surface before lifting off.
