Step 1: Register for Kaspersky Social Channel
Register by visiting

Step 2: Adding social media accounts
Click on Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn icons, enter your username/password and authorise as a trusted publisher

Step 3:Manage your preferences
For each account that you add, you’ll need to set up your account preferences: For each Topic you can select how you wish to receive new content when it becomes available. Ignore – You will not receive notification of, or be able to see content tagged to this Topic. Edit / Share Manually – You will receive an every time a new post is available which you can review and share manually from the platform. Share Automatically – The system will share new posts automatically to your social media account. (This is not available on Facebook).

Step 4: Manage your preferences
You can add as many accounts as you like and tailor your preferences for each independent account. The platform supports …. LinkedIn Personal and company. Twitter Facebook Personal and Company (fan) pages. You can edit these preferences at any time or remove accounts. They will be able to manage the posts for you (you will remain the only person able to edit the social media account settings).

Communication preferences
By clicking on the “My Communication Preferences” tab you are able to tailor how often you receive new content notifications. You can chose, as soon as a new post is available, once a day, once a week. The platform is also fully GDPR compliant and you are able to manage your opt-in preferences on this page.

The s You will receive an every time a new post becomes available. (On edit and share manually topics). If you like the post and would like to review it or publish it, click the button on the and you will be redirected to the platform. There is also a section on the where you can view any “Announcements” published through the platform. These could be about updates, new functionality or handy hints and tips to help you make the most of the platform.

How to repost content There are Four different ways to repost content. You can click to ‘Send Now’ or ‘Schedule Now’ and the post will appear on your social channels unedited. Alternatively you can click to ‘Edit’ and amend the message to better fit your audience before sharing it to you social channels. If you wish to add an additional message or ‘opinion’ to Facebook posts you can do this in the edit section. We supply suggested text that you may want to use to the right of the post. Posting to Facebook Personal accounts is a slightly different process. Clicking on the “Share Now” button with the Facebook icon and your account name will open a separate window where you can add your message and share to your account.

How to schedule posts You can schedule your posts to be sent on specific dates/times. If you wish to schedule your posts to be published on all platforms at the same date/time, simply enter a date and time and click ‘Schedule All’. Alternatively, you can schedule the posts to be sent on specific dates/times to your different social media accounts. Finally, you need to select ‘Set Schedule’.

How to review the results
The “My Results Page” gives users information on posts they have recently sent, including how many downloads and click and retweets and likes their posts have generated. Users can also get information on the social media account they have connected to the platform.

Create your own content
The “Create My Post” tab gives users the ability to create their own content which they can send directly to their social media accounts, or even schedule! Reducing the need for them to log into each individual platform, making Xerox Social On Demand their complete social media solution. “My Feeds” gives users the ability to pull in content from RSS feeds or Twitter feeds which they can then also edit and either sent or schedule to send directly to their own social media account.

Create My post Creating your own post is simple.
Select or deselect the accounts you wish to create content for. Decide if you want to add a URL or file to your post, click the relevant button and either add your URL or attach your document, and click add. The platform will pull in any available images from the target website which you can either use, or you can change the image to one of your own by clicking on the Icon in the bottom right of the image area. Type the message you want to send in the text box making sure to leave the short URL in place. There is a character counter above the buttons that will turn RED when you run out of characters. *Make sure you write your message in each of the available versions of your post or your message WILL go out blank. Click to either Share Now or Schedule your post to go out.

My Feeds To create a feed. Click on Manage My Feeds
Decide between adding an RSS Feed or Twitter Feed from the drop down menu and fill in the feed name and either the RSS URL or the twitter handle and click Save Changes. You will now have a wall of content that updates itself every time the RSS feed or new Tweets are published. To view a post on the all click View .. Or you can click Share where the post will be pulled into a window for you to edit and share or schedule to go out to your social media accounts.

My content results Click on Previous Posts to view feedback on how your previous posts have been performing.

Mobile app There is a mobile app available.
The App is available for download for both Android and iSO devices. Full details can be found on the My Apps tab on the platform. When logging into the Apps for the first time, users will need to enter kasperskysocialchannel.com followed by their log in details. There is also a ‘Need Help?’ section which provides further information about the app.
