1. Effects of NMT siRNAs on MARCKS and c-Src.
Effects of NMT siRNAs on MARCKS and c-Src. HT-29 cells were treated with 40 nmol/L NMT1-1 siRNA, 40 nmol/L NMT2-4 siRNA, 40 nmol/L each of NMT1-1 and NMT2-4 siRNA, or 80 nmol/L negative control for 48 hours as described in Materials and Methods. Western blots were prepared using 50 μg total cellular protein. The p80 signal in the MARCKS blot is the intact cellular protein, whereas the p40 band is the cleaved COOH terminus of the protein.
