DV25 Automatic Reconstruction Pipeline Reconstructed data are available on the scanner in /export/home1/007/P(Date)_(Series).nii.gz and can be copied to user accounts using our standard “cfmricp” data transfer script

Raw aliased data will be reorganized on the scanner Dicom files generated can be processed in the same way that non-MB data are handled
