2. ARS Registration Overview

Goes to website and logs in to account using User ID and ARS PIN
Note: The consumer might be required to change their password (determined by financial institution) 2
ARS PIN sent to host for verification. If verified, consumer is registered, and added to the Internet Banking system. 3
Logs in to Internet Banking and is prompted to verify/complete a Personal Information Collection (PIC) screen and accept the IB disclosure.

3. ARS Registration Login
The consumer logs in to Internet Banking using their User ID and ARS PIN
NOTE: The consumer might be required to change their password (determined by financial institution).

4. PIC Screen Upon initial login, the consumer is prompted to:
1. Verify/Edit their information on the Personal Information Collection (PIC) screen, which is pre-filled as much information that the host can provide.
NOTE: In the event that an SSN is not returned from the host, the consumer will be able to input their SSN on both the PIC screen as well as the “edit” version of the screen. Otherwise, the SSN field is not editable. If an consumer thinks that their SSN is wrong, help text (on the “edit” screen) will instruct them to contact their financial institution.

2. The consumer reads and accepts the Internet Banking disclosure.
NOTES:
If the consumer does not accept the disclosure and clicks “Cancel”, they receive a message saying that they will not be registered if they do not accept the disclosure. They are given the option of continuing to cancel or returning to the PIC screen.
The information gathered on this screen creates a Bill Pay eReg record for the consumer in the Admin Platform. Whenever the consumer opts to start using Bill Pay, the consumer only needs to provide their Bill Pay funding account information.
Certain fields will update the host when edited by the consumer on the PIC screen. You should check with your Intuit Financial Services project manager to determine which fields these will be.
