4 Assess In this section you will review your program goals, your performance measurements and the youth development activities tied to those goals and measurements. ★ ASSESS TOOL #1

5 Strategize In this section you will begin to identify potential cost saving and revenue generation strategies. Today, we will focus on what partners and potential partners bring to the table. ★ STRATEGIZE TOOL #3

6 Analyze In this section you will begin to make data- driven decisions about what aspects of your program should be sustained and which should be eliminated. ★ ANALYZE TOOL #3

Physical, social, or economic factor that influence people’s behavior. Availability of OST programs.
