The vaccinated group had significantly higher geometric mean titers than the control group (P ≤ ) following vaccination. Titers of <100 were considered 100 for the purpose of analysis. (B) Lkt neutralizing antibodies were measured by a MTT dye reduction cytotoxicity assay. Vaccinated BHS had significantly higher Lkt-nAb than controls (P ≤ 0.007) following vaccination. Titers of <10 were considered 10 for the purpose of analysis. Each data point represents the geometric mean titer of one animal in the respective group. The horizontal bar represents the geometric mean titer of the group at each time point. Three independent assays were performed using serum samples from all the animals.
