3. Ask questions Choose a subject. These are just a few of the
subjects you can study
Click the ask a question button and when
you’re done, click post

4. Type a reply
After someone answers your question, reply here

5. Answer other people’s questions
Click the person’s question, and use the same post button

6. To medal an answer
Hit the best response when someone helped you, and you appreciate their answer. This helps their score improve.

7. To fan a person Scroll over the person’s name and hit become a fan
After you fan them, write a testimonial to tell them you appreciate them.

8. To personal message a fan (Step 1)
Option 1: To send one of you fans a message, choose from the list on this button. (The number means how many of your fans are online at that time)
Option 2: click the message button and type in their name #2 #1

9. To personal message a fan (Step 2)
Using option 1, click the send message button. Type your message, and click submit.
Hint: if
isn’t green, your fan is not online
Using option 2, after you type in your fan’s name (and click on it), write your message, and send it by clicking
submit

10. Remember, personal messages ONLY goes to the one person you sent it to.

11. Report a post
First, go to the “bad post” and click the “report abuse” button
After you click it, read the
Code of Conducts, these are
the official rules of Open Study.
Next, add what was wrong about the post, and send it to a moderator by clicking submit.

12. Block a person
By blocking a person, they will not be able to send personal messages to you. They also won’t be able to be your fan. To do this, scroll over their name, and click the red
block user button.
