Supernatants from the cocultures of LPS-treated DCs or LPS- and GK1-treated DCs obtained from the experiment whose results are shown in Fig. 2B were recovered, and the cytokine levels were determined by flow cytometry with a cytometric bead array mouse inflammation kit (BD Biosciences).
