Guidelines on the Implementation of the Citizen’s Charter in Compliance with RA
In processing fees, common issue is that some do not include the total processing fees. Some also just leave it blank  this is not a good practice since it opens up opportunities for corruption as it is unclear if meron ba or hindi lang nalagay. If the application/service/transaction is for free, this should be shown as “None”

Issuance of Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
The head of the government agency shall issue a CoC to ensure compliance of the agency to the mandates of RA
To be submitted to the Authority using the template provided in Reference C.
The head of the government agency shall submit soft copies (in text-searchable PDF format) of the Citizen’s Charters and the CoC to the Authority through the address:
