ALIGNMENT (Training that optimizes the relation of the PERSON and the PERFORMANCE) One of the biggest innovations in coaching and training is aligning ALL training and coaching with an element of empowering and elevating the SSP’s mindset, beliefs, and behaviors to the level of the expected performance. One way to elevate and empower the learner’s experience is to ask powerful questions that ‘Transfer the Ownership’ of learning.

“I know this seems like a lot, but if we looked through rose-colored glasses, where might we see the best results from this?” “How would you make this more effective? Do you believe that would work for you? How about your peers, is there anything you’d add to make it more effective for them?” “Now that you know this, what might you be able to do more of?” “Tell me 2-3 great things about you that would make you successful in this?”

“Let’s assume there’s no way around this and we have to get it done. Where might we start that would give us the greatest momentum? Be creative.” “If you were leading this, how would you inspire others to get involved?” “Where do you see you would need the most support in accomplishing this?” “What does a WIN look like for you and your team?”
