What can be funded at 2.9% - All current level cost growth after internal reallocations - Funding for some new requests (consistent with prior years) - Cahill Place operational funding - Continue existing initiatives and select pilot programs - Increased funding for on-going building CIP maintenance needs If the remaining Regional Rail levy were eliminated entirely in 2019, the growth in combined County/RR levy would be reduced to 3.4%.
