7. What my main duties were as an intern
Supervising foster children & their biological parents Evaluating/monitoring children & foster parents in foster homes Documenting client contacts Organizing & filing records Attending court hearings Data entry of client referrals

8. What I liked and disliked about my internship
-The coworkers - Having a great relationship with my supervisor -Being exposed to so many different experiences -Being able to dress business casual (comfy clothing)
-Having unpredictable work schedules
-Always feeling as if you could have done more for a client
-As an intern, getting stuck with the work that no one else wanted to complete

9. Biggest Takeaway/Moving forward
Although I enjoyed my internship, I learned that Case Management is not a career I would like to pursue. I realized that Human Resources would be a much better fit for me.
