・ Based on China proposal, add the warning criteria before critical thermal runaway of a cell .
・ Critical thermal runaway means more than to assume the thermal runaway caused by internal short circuit.
・ It is necessary if the OEM can be detected before reaching a critical thermal runaway .
・ Warning criteria should be defined by OEM and approved by CP.
・ Over-charge and dT/dt value need further investigation and discussion for fit the concept of this test.
