Building on our best year ever where we saw more than 3 million visits in August 2015, we plan to introduce several exciting new features to further propel momentum in 2016. Introduce Strategic Partnerships Partner with reputable national and regional companies to provide added value to consumers searching for local amenities and ancillary services to their real estate transactions Enrich Listings Data Source sold listings and other data where available and provide agents with the ability to display their own sold listings on via rlpNetwork

Enhance Hyperlocal Content Partner with Canada’s leading market research firm to enhance neighbourhood content and design new searches with insight into consumer profiles and local market statistics Introduce New Searches In addition to the Keyword Search launched in 2015, provide consumers the opportunity to search by Travel Time as well as lifestyle preferences and similar neighbourhoods Fully Mobile The site will be fully optimized for mobile devices by the end of March

rlpNetwork Following the launch of the new intranet site in February 2015, we saw more than 12,000 users log onto rlpNetwork in March. Everyone Can Now Access Google Apps All members of our Network, even those not actively using address, can access Google Apps for Work including Calendar, Drive, Hangouts, and Google+ Unlicensed Assistants There is a new personnel type in User Administration that has similar rights to an agent but will not display on the royallepage.ca website Chat Available for Support Users now have the ability to chat with Royal LePage’s Customer Care Centre during normal business hours via the Help button on rlpNetwork

Since launching with Gmail in 2014, use addresses has more than doubled to over 20,000 licenses. Enable 2-Step Verification With an increasing rate of fraud and phishing attacks targeting our industry in particular, it is critical that you protect yourselves, your agents, and your customers by enabling 2-step verification on your account Distribution Lists We are currently piloting a way for a broker to send an to their entire brokerage or to a specific location with custom addresses. These distribution lists will be available nationally in the next few months.

Groups, aliases and distribution lists can often address your business needs.

Topics for 2015 ranged from business planning to working with international clientele and attracted hundreds of viewers across Royal LePage. By the end of the year, we had served up over 8,000 views and over 133,000 hours of “watch time” over YouTube. This year, we are expanding Sales Success to include many more industry leaders in sales and training on ever more varied topics. Topics, dates and speakers are published quarterly. This year, we are narrowing our focus on the tools to show a specific usage of the tool starting with: Jan 14 – Setting up Gmail for increased efficiency and client communications – which will help agents learn functionality in Gmail that assists them with more expedient communications during the busy spring sales season. We hear agents say they “don’t have time” and this webinar will give them practical ideas for leveraging Gmail to create a system of responses including auto responses, canned s and more.
