What is Connectivity? A term describing the connection of devices in order to transfer data and voice back and forth. Customer service plays a massive part in each of these objectives.

If you compare the time it has taken for 50 million users to adopt a TV, compared to how long it has taken the same amount of users to adopt to WeChat it clearly shows change. It took over 50 years for 50 million users to adopt the original telephone, now a days whilst I don’t think there a many users in the room, Pokemon Go took 19 days to have 50 million users.

Summary Connectivity is of the utmost importance in modern day businesses. Businesses must embrace technology for increased productivity and resilience. As more time is spent online accessing company data, security is paramount. VoIP telephony is a major opportunity for small businesses. Although the roll out of connectivity has been slow up to now, a shift is expected in the next 5 years.
