Presenters described the benefits of working with an experienced evaluator, considerations for evaluation budget and funds, and completive and non-competitive procurement processes. Lesley Hirsch, Assistant Commissioner for Research and Information at the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, provided insights on its evaluation partnership with the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University.
