Here Is Your List of Things To Do!
Confirm Your Attendance Undergraduate Students: Pay $500 deposit Graduate Students: Pay graduate deposit and follow the steps in your acceptance letter
Submit Financial Documents & Receive I-20 Submit financial documents to: & confirm shipment of I-20 via Eship Global
Set up Your Multipass You will need your temporary Social Security number and zip code (both found on your acceptance letter)
Register for Housing Once you have set up your Multipass, complete your housing survey by the July 1st deadline
Undergraduate Business students only: Complete online Math placement test by July 1st deadline

Only students who have paid their deposit have access to create an account
Remember: you will need the temporary SSN and zip code on your acceptance letter
Use temporary information to create account:
Your MultiPass, and DORI accounts will be automatically created when you you submit your deposit to the university. It is extremely important that you regularly access these accounts.

15. Undergraduate Housing
Freshman and transfer students with less than four semesters of transfer credits & younger than 21-years-old are required to live on campus for 2 years
Complete your housing survey & agreement in order to share your preferences and be assigned a roommate
Deadline: December 1
Housing notification will be sent by student
Move-in date: January 6

18. Requirements for All Students
Prior to arrival, all students should prepare the following documents:
1. Complete the contact information and arrival form online here
Please note within arrival information if you require temporary housing
2. Submit your health history online via DORI
A list of required vaccinations can be found here
Bring a copy of your immunization forms with you to international orientation
3. Submit proof of health insurance
If you do not meet requirements, you will be billed the cost of insurance
4. Obtain official transcripts and bring to International Orientation

22. Important Documents to Bring
Please pack the itemized documents in your carry-on luggage!
The Center for Global Engagement requires you to bring the following documents:
Secondary school academic transcripts
Post-secondary academic transcripts (if applicable)
Health Services’ Requirements:
A copy of all health records, translated into English
$60 USD (cash or card to Health Center)
Proof of Health Insurance (must meet all of the requirements or you will be billed institutional health insurance)

Duquesne University has partnered with Flywire TM to offer an easy way to make international payments. This service offers excellent foreign exchange rates, and in most cases, allows you to pay in your home currency. You will receive an confirmation when your payment is received by Duquesne University.
