There are 8 Hubs in Coventry in 4 areas known as South, East, West, and Central.
Each area has 2 HUBS
SOUTH- WOODSIDE (Middleride), ASPIRE (Gosford Park)
EAST THE MOAT (Moathouse), PARK EDGE (Bell Green)
WEST PATHWAYS (Radford), MOSAIC (Tile Hill)
CENTRAL- FAMILIES FOR ALL (Foleshill), HARMONY HIllfields.

3. Hub Offer Hubs support children and families with children 0-19.
Each Hub has a Hub Manager and may have a Hub Supervisor.
Youth Worker
Health Visitors,
Midwives
Family Hub Workers and Family Hub Assistants.
Early Help Assessment Coordinators- Me Fiona Smith, Lyndsey Moore
Positive Parenting Practitioner.
School Liaison Social Worker

4. Early Help Assessment Coordinator
We support schools through
Half termly meetings
We look at looking at offering Early Support to any families.
Areas of vulnerability include, poor attendance including persistent lates, attainment, special needs, changes in children's presentation, changes in family circumstances.
We work together to offer;
Homevisits,
Early Help through; whole family approach, coordinated support
Meetings with parents at school.

5. Our Role
We work with all agencies that work with families with children 0-19 for example.

Police Community Police Support
Social care, Youth Worker
Schools, Housing
Day Nurseries Preschools
We deliver training, Positive Parenting, Early Help.
Attend meetings ie to Family homes, Step Down discussions with social care,
