The Need for Innovative Pedagogy
Today’s student are multi-responsible: combining studies, job, family, and personal responsibilities. Many are often economically and socially place-bound. Pedagogy must match the changing needs our students and society. Pedagogy must take advantage of technology to accommodate various needs of the evolving and dynamic population.

About - Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL)
A form of Globally Networked learning a teaching and learning methodology which provides innovative cost-effective internationalization strategies. Such programs foster faculty and student interaction with peers abroad through co-taught multicultural online and blended learning environments emphasizing experiential student collaboration. Founded at SUNY by Prof Jon Rubin to connect US universities with international universities Suitable for place-bound students
