3. Challenges
Customize the Challenge Intro text. You may wish to highlight an important live challenge.

4. Here’s how Enter the challenge introduction text and click “Save”
Click on “Challenges” > “Intro Text”

5. Create a Challenge Upload a challenge cover image….
Enter the challenge description and select a start and end date…

6. Here’s How Enter the challenge title and description
Click on “Challenges” > “Create New Challenge”
Select the access policy and assign an owner (moderator)

7. Here’s How
Complete the setup fields selecting start and end dates, categories (if required)
Decide on parameters such as moderation, attribution and cover images

8. Challenge Invitation
If your challenge is open to all, select the template “Open Challenge Invitation – group or individual” If you’re running a private challenge select the private invitation.
First you need to make sure that the challenge invitation template is correct….

9. Challenge Invitation
Click “View all challenges” from the “Challenges” menu….
From the gear icon, you will see the “Send Invitation” link… A search filter will then appear (see next slide/screen)

10. Challenge Invitation
You can then filter your search. To return all users/participants – leave the fields blank and click search….
You can then send individuals the invitation or send to all by clicking on the “Send Invitation to All” button.

Manage ideas that are submitted to the challenge….

12. Here’s how Click on the challenge title to view the ideas submitted…
Click on “Challenges” > “View all Challenges”

Click on the idea title to view the details and enter the workflow…
Manage the idea by clicking through the workflow tabs…

14. Challenge Reports
“Challenges” > “View all Challenges”…
Click on the link “Report” from the settings icon drop down list

15. Challenge Reports
Select a report…
You can then view and export the ideas submitted to the Challenge…

16. Publishing Results
Once a challenge has closed, you can publish results and next steps to inform participants of results….

Click on the idea title to view the details and enter the workflow…
You will then see the following field from which you can enter the results of the Challenge.
