10 Major accomplishments as of 7/31/2019
Finalized contracts for two pilot sites Pilot sites onboarded and trained in data collection Established Community of Practice Pilot sites trained in CANS and The Seven Challenges Training satisfaction survey data collected for both trainings (analysis underway) Workforce Development, Peer-to-Peer Support and Policy Committees met regularly IAC member survey was administered and analyzed

11 Major barriers as of 7/31/2019 Delay in contracting and training pilot sites held up multiple activities requiring provider participation Most delayed activities now completed or underway 
