In August of 2018, we surveyed commercially insured consumers across the PSJH markets and found the following five main activities they do digitally: FIND HOSPITAL INFORMATION FIND DOCTOR INFORMATION ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS RESEARCH CONDITION CONTENT FIND INSURANCE COVERAGE Three of the top five are what is expected to be found on a hospital website; condition and insurance information have already established digital sources 6

MAPS, DIRECTIONS, PHONE All data is being centrally managed for maps, directions phone and passed to all sites, including Google.
