If they are already using our sales tools, it offers some additional integration benefits that are going to make this an incredibly powerful tool. 4 Better tools to align sales and marketing are essential
Only 57% of B2B purchasing decisions are made before ever speaking to a salesperson1 57% Only 49% of sales reps ignore more than half of marketing’s leads2 49% 8% of responders said it was very difficult to align sales and marketing data (companies and contacts) when executing programs across multiple channels. Talking points: According to CEB Global, 57% of B2B purchasing decisions are made before speaking to a salesperson. People are doing a lot of research on-line and looking at a lot of sources, so getting the right message out there is crucial. CEB Global also found that an alarming 49% of sales reps ignore more than half of marketing’s leads, and only 8% of B2B companies said they have tight alignment between their sales and marketing teams. 37% of responders said it was very difficult to align sales and marketing data (companies and contacts) when executing programs across multiple channels. You can work end-to-end with subscription lists throughout the marketing lifecycle.   Approvals with Microsoft Flow The customizable approval workflow is delivered as a Microsoft Flow app. Layout editor enhancements – We continue to make it easier for to design and modify published content. The visual designer now provides a layout editor for designing multi-column layouts. This provides a quick and easy way to alter the appearance of messages. Just drag one of these elements onto your design and the start filling each column with content. You can even create multiple rows of columns, each with a different number and ratio of columns. Easy set-up for subscription lists – It’s easy to target subscription lists directly. You can work end-to-end with subscription lists throughout the marketing lifecycle. Key improvements include: Subscription lists are now available natively from the main navigator. Read, create, edit, and delete subscription lists directly in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
