Permit Issue and Effective Date can be the same day
While it is best if the Effective Date is on the first day of the month, you will be able to modify the initial monitoring period start date on the limit set to ensure that DMRs are printed properly and that expected DMRs are generated correctly This question comes up from time to time. Can the permit issue and effective date be on the same day. Yes the can. It is best to have your limits start on the first day of the month. If the effective date of your permit is not the first day of the month you will be able to modify the inital monitoring period start date on the limit set to ensure that DMRs are printed properly and the expected DMRs are generated correctly.
