Steps and filters in the translation of physiological information to clinical formulation. Pathophysiology of mood occurs and current technological devices such as smartphones and biosensors record certain behavioural and physiological changes. The recorded data is then analysed, where more of the original information is lost. This analysis is used for formulation and understanding mood.
