I fyou do orders only encounter and haven’t put in diagnosis, when you go tosign it , it goes to association worklwo. Go to Commmon and gives common. Also show previous diagnosis and problem list so you don’t have to type in
IN Basket quick actions: few people understand this. I fyou create quck action so you can see it first, you have oppor to do result note
Quick action takes it out of inbox. When you start using quick actions, many don’t combine enough activities

Pre-charting is now active. A time saver is to load your note before you go in room. Do before you go in to see patient
All of these are ambulatory-focused.
IN past, if yo uopened up chart and patient no-show, it’s shown as open encounter. Now it’s changed. HUGE difference.

It broke a bunch of stuff in Anesthesia. HSCC is working on fixing lots of crap. It’s where they put stuff
Lobue: print group issue – if nav tools were upgraded and we didn’t understand what would be displayed. In ansehsisal, pre op tab isn’t there any more. This updgrade is abou tdoing things more efficiently and not change workflows. NO intentinal change in workflow
