Transfer from ARIN to APNIC begun in 2002
All transfer from ARIN to APNIC already finished
IPv4 addresses, ASNs
ERX process for KRNIC
KRNIC contact the ERX resource holer
Explain about ERX to the holder
Submit a transfer request and holder’s agreement for each holder
APNIC confirm the transfer
KRNIC maintain the transfered historical resources

KRNIC had look up the ip address information with ‘kr’ country code in ARIN Database
KRNIC finished the transfer including 21(58%) ASN, 44(86%) /16 IPv4 addresses so far

5. Problems doing ERX in KRNIC
Fairness & Balance
There are two kinds of big complaint
ERX resource holders : they don’t want to be bothered
Current resource holders : they don’t want to share the cost for IRM
If a ERX resource holder want to transfer to one of KRNIC member through KRNIC,
Is it possible for the KRNIC member to be upgraded their member tier by the transfer?
If so, do you expect there will be a ERX resource holder who want to transfer?
