Work Day Reminders This is an opportunity for you to get peer feedback following the ethical guidelines outlined by the National Board. Your peers and facilitators are not experts in your content area; they also cannot define accomplished teaching. The feedback you receive is guided by your instructions, prompts, and rubric. If you are not reading for someone, you should be planning, outlining, or writing. Don’t waste precious minutes. Speak up if you have questions. 5 minutes. Briefly go over the these reminders. The remainder of the meeting is meant for them to work. Be available as needed.

Homework, Preparation, and Advice
Homework and Preparation: Continue revising your work. Advice: It can be helpful to have someone outside of education read your work. If something does not make sense to him/her, it is an indication that you have a clarity issue. Keep revising. Occasionally step away from your work so that when you read it, you read it with fresh eyes. 5 minutes. Close the meeting by reviewing the homework/prep work required for the next meeting.
