That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Not one of the men who signed the Declaration of Independence was born in America.
The average age of the Signers of the Declaration was 45.
Ben Franklin was 70 years old and the oldest to sign the Declaration of Independence.

National Hispanic Heritage Month September 15 to October 15  --Recognition of the contributions of Hispanic and Latin Americans to the heritage and culture of the United States--
Received the Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song.
