1. Attention dealers
Following are issues created before D2D material arrives at the PDC to be cross docked. Please review and take the necessary corrective action to ensure proper forwarding of freight to receiving dealers.
Barcodes not visible through the window in the D2D red bordered packing slip. Requested action, dealers make sure barcodes are always visible and red bordered envelopes are always used.
D2D material not being left outside of cage where drivers will scan material upon pickup from your dealership. Requested action, dealers make sure D2D material is left outside of cages and totes.
Dealers send two D2D parts in one box which are intended for two different dealers, each D2D piece needs to be packaged for shipment to the respective receiving dealer. Requested action, dealers package each D2D pieces for individual shipment.
